1. Check Every Secure Point Before Using the Stroller

You wouldn’t hit the road without your seatbelt, right? The same goes for your furry co-pilot. They need to feel safe and secure when strolling out and about, so look for a pet stroller with an escape-proof design.

We can’t speak for all pet strollers, but our 3-in-1 pet strollers come with several points of security to keep your little furry friends safe. It uses our soft-sided pet carrier as a base, which gives you the option of keeping your pet fully enclosed or allowing a little freedom with open windows. 

The pet carrier attaches to our lightweight collapsible base with a durable velcro strap. It’s quick and easy to assemble and takes just seconds to check for a secure connection. 

When you pause for a break, use the wheel locks to keep your pet stroller in place and prevent your pet from embarking on a different adventure without you!

2. Use the Locking Zippers

Another safety feature on every PetLuv soft-sided carrier is our locking zippers. Pets can be wonderful escape artists. All they need to do is get a paw through and push the zipper open. 

We’ve foiled their master plan before they can even begin by adding locking zippers that Houdini himself might struggle with. Just place the loop through the zipper holes for a secure connection and your pet won’t have any chance of escape.

3. Be Mindful of the Weather

Your pet might love a little fresh air, but changes in weather is a different tail. If it’s too hot, your pet can overheat (especially with all that fur!). And in cold or rainy conditions, your furry friend could end up feeling and looking ruff. 

Look for strollers with mesh windows for airflow so they can catch a breeze. Roll down/up privacy windows are a great companion for your adventures so you can give them shelter and privacy when they need it or pure visibility on those nice, sunny days.
